The market is very quiet during the week so it is a good time to chat with the vendors. This lady said her daughter usually runs the stall for her but she was there so we talked about her art. She arranges small pieces of plants and flowers to make scenes of everyday life in Otavalo. We enjoyed looking over all her designs and picking one as a gift.
