See that big yellow bottle? That is the Colombian Aguardiente brew that they thrive on. I was dismayed to see that the liquor people got to use the nice expo center and the organic food market has to make do with a tarp stretched out over a field even when it is raining. That speaks to some societal values which do not match ours.
